We offer a personalized touch by adding a charm or bow of rafai. At no additional charge we will write a custom handwritten card to be enclosed with your bottle leave us the message request when you checkout. Each bottle is sold individually, however multiple bottles can be purchased and shipped together.

We will gladly replace or provide credit for damaged products or incorrect product shipment within the continental USA. We unfortunately do not reimburse if the package is lost or stolen once it has been marked as delivered to the customers delivery destination. We will reimburse for the losses to the extent that the Postal Insurance will refund.
