We will gladly replace or provide credit for damaged products or incorrect product shipment within the continental USA. We unfortunately do not reimburse if the package is lost or stolen once it has been marked as delivered to the customers delivery destination. We will reimburse for the losses to the extent that the Postal Insurance will refund. 

If you are purchasing an item for a gift please let us know. We are happy to hand write a card to be enclosed in your purchase. At checkout leave the message you would like in the message to seller section. If you need the item wrapped as a gift please let us know when you checkout and we will happily wrap your package at no additional charge. 

We always welcome custom requests. Depending on the request it may take 3-5 business days for the bottle to ship. We have created custom light up bottles for wedding centerpieces, corporate events, gift’s at a wedding, housewarming the list goes on and on.
